UK Sales Manager 

Full time – Remote but based near Walsall

 

Description

Our client's guiding principle is simple. Blending traditional values and artisan craftsmanship with revolutionary innovation and state of the art technology, they take tremendous pride in producing beautifully handcrafted equestrian supplies. 

They are now looking for a UK Sales Manager to join their expanding team, to grow sales across the UK, by managing their Partners and the Dealers.  

 

Job Responsibilities

· Grow Partner Sales

·Daily/ Weekly Management of Partners

oDaily by being available to support with operational questions that arise

oWeekly scheduled call with each Partner with clear objectives

· Recruit new Partners

· Onboard new Partners at the Factory and in their territory

· 6-8 Week physical visit with each Partner

· Work with Partners at small shows/clinics they can run in their area

· Host Quarterly sales and development meetings at HQ with the Partners

·   Calling cycle of key accounts in the UK

·  Provide in store training for shop staff ensuring every consumer touch point with our client is met with knowledge of the Brand

· Host and run brand specific workshops for Dealers and Partners

o   Workshops 6 times a year

· Manage with the team the UK shows and be available for every UK Show attended by the Brand

o London International Horse Show

·  Manage the influencers and saddle fit for them.

 

Skill Requirements:

·  Must have equestrian experience 

·  Sales experience

· Relationship building with partners

·  Management experience

·  Confidence when delivering presentations

·  B2B sales (Ideal)

·  SMS Registered Qualified Saddle Fitter (Ideal but not essential)

· Excellent communication, questioning and listening skills

·  A polite and friendly manner

·  The drive to take the brand to the next level

·  Planning and organising

·  Ideally based near or commuting distance to Walsall 

Package

· £38,400 Based on Experience

· Generous Commission Package
